Fundamentals

Suitable for all levels

This class is for the beginner and most experienced student alike. Focused on form and Pilates principles, this class will create the foundation for all future Pilates workouts. Instructors will regularly offer options for progression and coaching.

 

Evolution

(Intermediate) Instructor approval suggested

The next level in your Pilates experience focused on increasing strength and flexibility. Quicker in pace, these classes will challenge your fundamentals and level-up your Pilates game.

Fortify

(Advanced) Instructor approval required

Our most advanced and quick paced class focused on flow, quick transitions, and creativity to raise your heart rate and provide a full-body workout.

cardio Rush

Suitable for all levels

Prior fundamentals highly recommended

Jump around with us as we use the unique Pilates Jumpboard to create a high energy, low-impact aerobic class. This cardio workout will get your blood flowing while utilizing the principles of Pilates to strengthen your body and mind. 

Prenatal & Postnatal

Suitable for all levels

Congratulations on welcoming new life into this world! Whether you are looking to stay fit during your pregnancy, or to get back into working out after the baby arrives, our Prenatal and Postnatal classes are focused on keeping Mom and baby safe and healthy. Classes are safe for Moms in any trimester, or once you are at least 6 weeks postpartum with clearance from your Doctor to being working out. Please refer to our Prenatal and Postnatal policies for specifics on the classes, and how to ensure a safe and enjoyable workout!

Mobility

Suitable for all levels

Utilizing Pilates based movements to increase mobility, flexibility and function. Intentional movements focused on bodily connection and functionality to help you get more from your regular Pilates practice.
