COVID-19 Health & Safety Policy

Co-Op Pilates is committed to the health and safety of our members and team. We will continue to monitor the evolving COVID-19 situation and will adhere to state, county and city health mandates. 

For Your Safety:

  • Equipment is wiped down after every workout and cleaned thoroughly weekly

  • Hand Sanitizer is available for your use

  • Air filtration systems in use during all business hours

  • We ask our Co-Op community members to please stay home if you don’t feel well or are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, test positive for COVID-19 or are in immediate proximity with someone who is


In Studio

Attire

We ask that all clients wear grip socks during all in-studio workouts. Clients are not permitted to use the equipment barefoot or with shoes. If you don’t own your own pair of grip socks, they can be purchased at the studio. 

Wear comfortable workout clothes with no exposed zippers, metal or anything that could damage the equipment.

Injuries & Safety

Please share any injuries or pre-existing conditions with your Instructor before class. Modifications can be provided, but we don’t know what we don’t know! 

Our rule of thumb is, listen to your body, and share with your Instructor so we can give you the best possible workout experience.  


Cancellation, No-Show, Late Policies & WAITLIST

Class Packages

Group classes must be canceled at least 12 hours before start time. If a class is canceled after the 12-hour window it will result in the loss of the class credit.  Group class no-shows also result in the loss of the credit. 

Memberships

Group classes must be canceled at least 12 hours before start time. If a class is canceled after the 12-hour window a $15 Late Cancellation fee will be incurred. Group class no-shows result in a $25 No-Show fee*. 

Private Sessions

Private and Duo Workout rescheduling, cancellation and no-show - Please reach out directly to info@co-oppilates.com if you need to reschedule or cancel your private or duo session at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within the 24-hour window are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. If you do not show for your scheduled private session you will be charged for the full cost or credit of that session. 

Arrival & Grace Period

Please arrive for your class at least 5 minutes prior to the start time to ensure you have ample time to check-in and prepare for your workout. If you are joining us for the first time please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in, sign the liability waiver, and acquaint yourself with our Co-Op Pilates community and studio. 

We offer a 5-minute grace period for classes and privates. We always appreciate a heads up if you are running late and we’ll get you set up as quickly as possible when you arrive. If you arrive past the 5-minute grace period it is considered a no-show. For privates and duos the session will end on schedule regardless of the client(s) arrival time. 

Bags, shoes and cell phones (on silent) should be placed in lockers during class.

Grip socks are required for all classes. Loaner socks are not guaranteed. Clients are expected to bring their own socks to class.

Waitlists

If you are on the waitlist for a class, you will be automatically added to the class up to 1 hour before the start time of the class and receive an email and text message (if you are subscribed to receive text messages) to notify you. If a spot opens within one hour before class you will be contacted directly to see if you are able to join. Spots will be first come first serve from the waitlist during the hour before class. We will contact the waitlist in order, but spots will be filled with those who we hear back from first.

You are welcome to come to class to see if a space opens up, but do note our 5-minute grace period. You will not be able to join class until that has passed and the other client(s) have not shown.

If you are on a waitlist and do not get into a class you will not be penalized and any credits will be returned to your account.

The waitlist closes 1 hour before the start of class.

Please note if you are on waitlists be sure to cancel any reservations you no longer want to hold. If you get into a class, are notified and late cancel or do not show, the appropriate penalty will apply.

Pricing & Membership Terms & Conditions 

Packages cannot be shared or transferred. No enrollment fee or minimum commitment.

Cancellation, No-Show and Late Policies applicable

New Clients

  • One introductory class, 10 class package and new membership special per client

  • Introductory classes are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase

  • If you late cancel or are a no-show for your introductory session you credit is returned to your account. If you need assistance rescheduling, please contact the studio

Monthly Membership Packages

  • Auto-renews on the same date each month. Unused workouts do not rollover

  • All membership freeze requests and changes to membership status must be provided in writing via email to info@co-oppilates.com. Verbal requests will not be applied

  • Requests are subject to a 72-hour processing time. We cannot guarantee processing in less than 72-hours. Clients are responsible for any charges incurred if the request is not made via email at least 72-hours in advance.

  • Membership can be changed or terminated with a 30-day email notice. If memberships are terminated within the 30-day window or before the minimum initial 3-month commitment they are subject to a $50 termination fee

  • You can freeze your membership at any time for at least 1 week at a time. All we need from you is the date you want the freeze to start and end. These dates can be changed, but we do need both those dates at the time of your request. Membership freezes are subject to a $15/month freeze fee. Multiple Class Packages

  • Single classes are good for 1 month from purchase date

  • 3 and 5 class packages are good for 1 month from purchase date. 10 class package is good for 3 months from purchase date. 20 class package is good for 6 months from purchase date

Annual Memberships

  • Billed on start and valid for 1 year (12 months) from date of purchase

  • Membership can be frozen a maximum of 3 months total in increments no less than two weeks and $15/month freeze fee applicable

Privates & Duos

  • Single sessions are good for 1 month from purchase date.

  • 5 and 10 session packages are good for 3 months from purchase date. 20 session package is good for 6 months from purchase date

Prenatal & Postnatal Policy

  • Our Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates workouts are safe for moms in any trimester, or once you're 6 weeks postpartum with clearance from your doctor to begin working out. We reserve the right to ask for a doctor’s note if there is any concern related to the safety of you participating in the workouts.

  • You may continue in any of our other class formats until you are 12 weeks pregnant, at which we encourage you to enroll in the Prenatal & Postnatal classes (and/or Private Sessions)

  • If you'd like to continue in any of our other classes after 12 weeks, or postnatal (except cardio) please be aware that it is expected that you are aware of the modifications needed and limited special assistance is required

  • Our instructors reserve the right to suggest class level modifications if your safety or health are deemed at risk

  • Contact the studio or connect with your instructor prior to class if you have any questions


All sales are final. Prices are subject to change; Co-Op Pilates will provide ample notice for any upcoming pricing changes.
